		B U I L D E R B O B . . . Sticking with our ‘gay Christmas theme’, I might as well tell you that since I’ve been out and about at some of the biggest Gay Christmas parties this week (you should have been at the ‘Pink Banana’ on Saturday night!), I have found the whole gay community has taken the latest chart sensation Bob The Builder to their pink little hearts. What use a small plastic figure would be to a load of men with oily bottoms, is none of my business, but apparently Bob’s been a huge hit in the gay underworld. Last night, I was at the launch of a new gay charity which promises … ‘to be right behind the youth of today when they turn the other cheek.’ Gay icon Willie Gripper was also there, and he told me: "Gay men have always had a thing about men in builders clothes and boots." I actually found this out first hand last Wednesday when I turned up to fit a new bathroom at legendary Gay night club ‘The Valley Of Our Souls’. I was half way through the job when I asked the owner Dick Gobbler if he could "hold on to these two greasy bolts whilst I try to fit my large spanner into Terry’s toolbox". Let’s just say I haven’t been able to sit down for a week. BEN
