They may look like four, Boots, make-up consultants at a darts match, but believe me, there’s a hell of a lot of effort involved in getting those Spice Girls to look like…well…..like four Boots make-up consultants at a darts match! Yep, this week the Spice Girl's ‘beauty secrets’ have finally been revealed. How does baby spice make herself look like Miss Piggy ? How does Mel B manage to look like Huggy Bear in Drag ? How does Posh manage to look like a scarecrow in a big liner. And how the hell do they make Mel C look like a dinner lady from Bolton ? Well I can exclusively reveal all …… Last night I spoke to their ‘Beautician’ Julian, who has worked with the Spice’s since 1997. He told me: "All the girls have special features that we try to enhance". Mel B has those big lips so we use a lot of lippy on her. Also, her hair is very wild, so we use a lot of wax and spray to keep it alive. Posh is very easy to do. A lot of eyeliner to give her eyes that 'sharp look' and of course, her pouty lips need a lot of lippy. Baby has those cute cheeks, so a lot of blusher is used. Her blond locks usually just have a touch of hair spray to keep it looking natural ". And what about Mel C ? "Oh, we just give her a ham sandwich, she’s quite happy to sit in the corner, unfortunately, she’s been beaten with an 'ugly stick' ......You can’t polish a turd !". BEN
